The setting can be found under: Control Panel> Device Manager > Network Adapters > Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter - right click and choose 'Properties' Under 'Advanced' tab, highlight the setting named 'Bluetooth Collaboration', then change it to Enable. Then click OK.
